Meet T2, your second brain for delivery.

T2 keeps every project straight, reads your Jira, mail and calendar, and has the next thing ready before you ask. It runs on your Mac and asks before it acts.

Prep ready

Most assistants wait to be asked, or do too much on their own. T2 does the prep, keeps the record, and leaves every decision to you.

The busywork of delivery, handled.

You talk to T2 like a colleague. It keeps the record, watches your tools on a schedule, and prepares what you need next.

A brief before your first coffee

Every work day at 8:30: your meetings, what needs you, and the risks that moved overnight. A review of the day before you log off.

Good morning. Three things need you today, and the vendor still hasn't sent sandbox access. I'd raise it at stand-up.

Remembers every project

Summary, milestones, RAID log, decisions and people for each project, kept current as you talk and as tickets move.

Log the change request as a risk.
Added R-07 to the RAID log: change request v2 is unestimated and may push UAT by one sprint. Owner: you.

Turns what you promise into tasks

"I'll send Sara the slide by Thursday" becomes a task with a due date and a reminder, from chat, mail or a meeting.

Built to be trusted with your work.

T2 can read almost everything. It changes almost nothing without you.

It asks before it acts.

Posting a Jira comment, moving a ticket, replying to an invite: each one waits in Approvals until you say yes, on your Mac or from your phone.

  • The rule is in T2's code, not in a prompt it could be talked out of.
  • You choose Allow, Ask First or Never for every tool.
  • It never sends email as you and never deletes anything.
Jira · comment on PAY-142Waiting
T2 wants to post a status comment so the vendor's contact sees the deadline before steering.
Blocked 4 days on sandbox credentials. We need a confirmed date by Thursday or this goes to the steering committee as a risk to the sprint goal.

Your brain is a folder you own.

Everything T2 learns is plain text in a folder on your Mac. Read it, edit it, back it up. Every change T2 makes is saved as a version, so Undo is one click.

An email can't give it orders.

T2 reads mail, tickets and documents as information, never as instructions. When a message tries to tell it what to do, T2 flags it for you and does nothing.

No account, no T2 server

T2 runs on your Mac. Your work goes only to Claude and the tools you connect. Nothing of ours sits in between.

Keys stay in your Keychain

Your API key and every sign-in token live in the macOS Keychain, never in a file.

Every run is logged

The Activity log shows what triggered each run, which tools it used and what happened.

Works with the tools you already use.

Connect what you need. Leave out what you don't.

Questions

Does my data go to you?

No. T2 runs entirely on your Mac. Your notes, mail and tickets go only to Claude (to think) and to the tools you connect. We never see them.

Do I need a Claude subscription?

You need a Claude API key from the Anthropic Console. Usage is billed by Anthropic to you, based on how much T2 does. You can pick Opus or Sonnet in Settings.

Can T2 do something I didn't approve?

Not outside its own notes. Anything that changes something in your tools, like a Jira comment, a calendar reply or a Slack post, waits for your approval. It has no tool to send email as you and none to delete anything.

What happens if my Mac is asleep?

T2 runs when your Mac is awake. A missed morning brief runs once when it wakes, and reminders catch up after sleep.

Is there an iPhone app?

Not yet. Today your phone gets approvals, reminders and the morning brief through your own private Telegram bot.

Does it work on Windows?

No. T2 is a Mac app.

It takes two. You decide. T2 does the rest.
